We offer this service as an annual subscription meaning that you have a clear and predictable fixed fee whilst providing assurance that your site is always up-to-date.
Drupal maintenance
You decide how often we check for and apply available Drupal Core and Module updates—usually weekly, monthly, or quarterly, depending on your preferences. We’ll then apply any required updates to a copy of your site for you to review before deploying them to the live site.
We offer both fixed-price annual subscriptions or pay-as-you-go charging to best fit your needs and help keep your site up-to-date, secure, and optimised.

We offer a very flexible service, with fast turn-around times at competitive rates, providing all the services required to ensure you have the support you need to keep your site working as it should. We provide a full breakdown of all work performed each month and offer a free monthly catch-up meeting to ensure clients are getting the service that they need and deserve.
Pay-As-You-Go support options
Our PAYG offering gives clients flexibility and freedom, without the constraints of a fixed term contract. You can simply purchase time upfront and keep it on account until you need it, and then use it for any of our services, from ad hoc content updates and design changes, through to bespoke development, training and even consultancy. We offer a fixed rate 15% discount off our standard fees for time purchased up-front on account.
Retainer support packages
For clients who prefer retainers to help smooth out their spend throughout the year and want the consistency that a regular sum of hours provide we offer a range discounted annual support contracts, with discounts of up to 40% off our standard hourly rate. In the same way as our PAYG offering, you can carry unused hours over without incurring penalties, giving you the flexibility to use your time for any of our services as best fits with your needs.

Discovery
We will work with you & your team to help define your website project goals, features, and requirements, ensuring that there is a clear and focused plan for your website project.
Design
We will then create the visual and structural aspects of your website, designing an appealing and user-friendly interface that effectively communicates your content.
Build
Our development team will then take your site’s new designs and turn them into working pages, features and tools, developing a fully formed functional site to match your exact requirements.
Testing
Once the build phase is complete we will run through our Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing phase to verify that a website functions correctly and is free of bugs and glitches.
Launch
We will now make the site accessible to your users by deploying it to the live hosting environment, ensuring everything works as intended, ahead of submitting it to the key search engines.
After care
Once the site is live we will ensure that support, maintenance, and monitoring services are in place to address any ongoing issues, updates, and improvements for your team.

We offer both Shared and Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting.
Shared hosting means that a site shares resources with other sites on the same server, reducing costs. It is an ideal option for the majority of our clients.
Virtual Private Servers aren’t shared, allowing for a broader set of configurations and additional storage, processing power and bandwidth, making them more appropriate for our clients with larger, more complex, and resource intensive sites.
